Artesanos Design Collection is hiring for a Delivery Specialist & Furniture Handler for our beautiful storefront downtown Durango. Looking for a self-motivated and dependable individual to join our team. Ideal candidate works well with direction, but is also capable of problem-solving and resourceful decision-making independently. Excellent work environment with lots of job perks and some flexibility in schedule. Anticipating hiring an individual who is interested in growing with our company.

Average hourly pay:

$20-25/ hr

Job Schedule: 

20-30 hours/ week

Monday-Friday with occasional weekends

Location:

700 E 2nd Ave

Durango, Colorado


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality furniture to our clients in a safe, courteous, professional and timely manner
  • Receiving & checking in of incoming freight
  • Keep an accurate and organized inventory
  • Coordinate with retail staff to place merchandise into floor displays
  • General repairs of furniture 
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance within the showroom and warehouse areas
  • Additional duties, as assigned.


Must: 

  • Have a valid state issued driver’s license
  • Able to lift a min. of 75 lbs. unassisted 
  • Have both good personal references and great work history 
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Be able/willing to drive a 14 ft box truck or moving van 
  • Execute assemblies and correctly operate small power tools.
  • Driver’s must be 21 years or older
