When you visit the Artesanos Design Collection website or send E-mail to Artesanos Design Collection, you are communicating with us electronically. By doing so you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by E-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Furthermore, any messages you send to us via E-mail, postcard, letter, voice mail, or other transmission relating to your use of this site, other than an actual order of merchandise, shall be and remain the property of Artesanos Design Collection, and Artesanos Design Collection shall not be limited in any way in its use, whether promotional, commercial or otherwise. We will not, however, use your full name in any such promotional use without your permission. You agree that no such messages will violate the rights of any third party or contain any libelous or otherwise unlawful materials. We save certain messages and E-mails on file for promotional and marketing purposes, but we are not required to and do not retain every such message.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Artesanos Design Collection. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Artesanos Design Collection and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Your Account
If you use this site you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account as well as password, and for restricting access to your computer. Likewise, the user accepts responsibility for all activities that occur under his or her account. Artesanos Design Collection does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use Artesanos Design Collection only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Artesanos Design Collection reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Product Descriptions
Artesanos Design Collection attempts to be as accurate as possible with its product descriptions and extends as much information as possible to the user. However, Artesanos Design Collection does not guarantee that product descriptions are totally accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Artesanos Design Collection is not exactly as described, your remedy is to return it within 30 days of receipt.

This site and its contents are provided solely for personal and noncommercial use, including online purchase of the merchandise depicted, and for no other purpose. Any downloading or copying of the materials herein is permitted for such personal, noncommercial use only. We have attempted to depict as accurately as possible the colors of merchandise offered on the Artesanos Design Collection web store.Unfortunately, because the color you see is dependent on your own computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the color you see is completely accurate. Products may also appear larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your monitor. Some photographs have been enlarged to show detail.

Warranty and Returns
Artesanos Design Collection warrantees its furniture to be free from defects in materials and construction for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In the case of a manufacturer's defect, Artesanos Design Collection will stand by its product by either issuing a merchandise credit commensurate with the diminishment of the item's structural integrity, or by repairing or exchanging the item with the same item or one of equal value. Shipping charges to repair or exchange merchandise are not covered under this warranty. The options made available to the customer will be based upon the extent of the defect and assumes the item is found to be defective under normal, non-commercial household use. Minor imperfections including small cracks, knots, surface markings as a result of shipping, and color variations in the wood are normal and are not defects. This warranty also does not cover lost or stolen items or defects caused by accidents, fire, or misuse, including but not limited to improper cleaning with harsh cleansers or detergents, neglect, abuse, alteration, or use in commercial establishments. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of a product purchased from Artesanos Design Collection you may return or exchange your merchandise in satisfactory condition within 1 month of the original delivery date. Freight charges, however, are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may be higher than outbound shipping fees. This warranty and return policy applies to online retail purchases only, and does not apply to any items that are custom-made or purchased.

The cancellation or return of furniture orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The cancellation or return of custom-made or "Special Order" items may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

If an order is cancelled after the order has shipped, the customer will be responsible for round trip shipping charges, even if Artesanos Design Collection covered the cost of the original shipment (i.e. Free Shipping). 

Ordering Conditions

Artesanos Design Collection is committed to the safe and timely shipment of your merchandise. Please refer to the following terms and conditions when placing an order:

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Personal checks and money orders are also accepted, but we cannot accept C.O.D. requests. If paying by personal check Artesanos Design Collection reserves the right to hold your merchandise until payment has cleared our bank.

Furniture orders are shipped via motor freight from warehousing points around the country, or directly from our store. Most large furniture items are shipped within 10 business days of your order. Out of stock items and custom orders may require an additional 2-6 weeks to ship. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you of the lead time immediately via E-mail. Please feel free to call the shop at (970) 259-5755, or send us an email at info@artesanosdesign.com with any questions regarding availability. Furniture items that do not qualify for "Free Shipping", and are to large to ship via. UPS Ground will have a $175 oversize charge, and ship via. motor freight.

We have several different options for shipping furniture items….

Free Shipping Option - 
Our "Free Shipping" option is available for any order of $1500 or more, and travelling to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states & Washington D.C.). The service described here will apply to our Standard Freight Delivery. If your order is $1500 or more, you will not be charged for this service. It will cover delivery to your curbside or the end of your driveway only. In some cases you will be required to help offload it from the truck. It will not include service inside your home or building, delivery before or after regular working hours, or delivery on weekends. So, if you don't mind getting your hands a little dirty, or have extra help around to move your order, it is an excellent option to save on your order. (We have found that most other online furniture retailers will charge up to $450 for shipping of larger furniture items.) We send you tracking information as soon as your shipment leaves our location, and most freight companies call to schedule an appointment, so it is easier to ensure that you have help around when the delivery arrives.

White Glove Delivery Service - 
For a nominal fee, that which will simply cover the costs of services, we can set you up with a "White Glove" delivery service. This type of service will typically cost between $75 and $450, depending upon the situation. It will cost more if you require delivery on a weekend, or have multiple flights of stairs to move an item/s up. A "white glove" delivery will get your piece/s into your home, unpackaged, assembled (if necessary), and all trash/packaging removed for you. With the white glove service, it is much easier to work around your schedule, and makes the delivery of larger and heavy items a breeze. We can arrange a delivery that is suited to your needs in this case. Your item will ship to a local freight terminal, where we will have a local and reputable moving company/persons retrieve the piece and bring it to your home for you. We take care of the leg-work, keep you informed during the process, and you just have to sit back and receive your order. 

Most areas of the U.S. are serviced within one week of the ship date. International transit times should be discussed with a customer service representative. Web site prices do not include shipping charges. To determine your shipping charges simply add items that interest you to the shopping cart, then enter your delivery zip code. You are under no obligation to purchase items added to your cart. Non-furniture orders are shipped via UPS Ground from Durango, CO, unless noted otherwise. We also provide UPS 3-Day options as well. Customers will be required to sign for receipt of merchandise unless otherwise specified on your order notes. Most items are kept in stock and shipped within 48 hours of your order, and most areas of the U.S. are serviced within one week of the ship date via UPS Ground Service. International transit times should be discussed with a customer service representative. One-of-a-kind items are subject to prior sale. We will inform you of your options via E-mail if an item you have requested is no longer available or is on backorder.

The cancellation or return of furniture orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The cancellation or return of custom-made or "Special Order" items may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

If necessary, Artesanos Design Collection can provide pricing information for any shipping services including "white glove" delivery, but is not responsible for the quality of service experienced by customers who request such services from the independent freight or moving companies. Nor is Artesanos Design Collection financially responsible for shipping delays beyond our standard shipping times.

We use extreme care when packaging our merchandise. In the unlikely event that a package arrives damaged (e.g., dented, torn, crushed, etc.), please note this on the driver's delivery slip at the time of arrival. Refuse delivery of any merchandise that is visibly damaged. If damage is discovered after the driver has left, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately (maximum 7 days from date of delivery). In the case of noted damage, Artesanos Design Collection will file all necessary claims with the shipping companies and send replacements to you at no cost. In the case of damage that has not been noted, the customer will be asked to provide photos to document the damage, and can then accept a discount based upon the extent of the damage, or exchange the damaged item for the same item or one of equal value. Any additional shipping charges for merchandise exchange are the customer's responsibility, however, and return shipping fees may be higher than outbound shipping fees.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in color, texture, and design may occur, and all dimensions are approximate.

The easiest ordering method is adding merchandise to your cart and then following the check-out prompts to complete and submit your order online utilizing our secure ordering form. There are, however, four other convenient ways to place an order:

Please refer to the following points when ordering by one of the four methods listed above:

We will require your name, telephone number, E-mail address, shipping address, billing address (if different), and fax number (if you would like us to confirm your order via fax).

For every item you would like to purchase please provide the product name or description (if applicable), quantity desired, web site price, size and pattern (if applicable). Also please mention any coupons or promotional discounts you are redeeming at the time you place your order.

If paying by credit card please provide the complete name on the card, card type (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.), card number, and expiration date. Also please provide the card's billing address if different from your shipping address.

Personal checks and money orders are accepted, however in the case of personal checks we reserve the right to hold your order until payment has cleared our bank. There is a $35 fee for all returned checks.
