Shipping Information
Artesanos Design Collection ships exclusively within the contiguous United States. Furniture orders are shipped from various warehousing points around the United States or directly from our store. Most in-stock furniture items ship within approximately 10 business days after an order is placed. If an item is out of stock or custom-made, we will promptly notify you via email with an approximate timeline for shipping. Shipping Options

Standard Threshold Delivery: ($99.00 or FREE for orders of $499.00+) Since most furniture is too large for small parcel carriers, we use specialized furniture carriers. Once an order has processed and been prepared for safe shipment, transit times range from 1-3 weeks, depending on your location or requested delivery address.

White Glove Delivery: ($149.00) Our White Glove service includes delivery into your home, assembly, placement, and removal of all packaging. For the safety of yourself, your home and your newly purchased item, Artesanos highly recommends the White Glove service for any items that exceed a weight you are comfortable carrying or too bulky to be carried alone.

UPS Ground: Items that meet UPS’s size and weight criteria are shipped via UPS Ground. Rates vary based on the item and delivery address, which will be provided during the checkout process.
Receiving Your Shipment: It's crucial to inspect your shipment upon delivery. If there are any issues, they must be noted on the delivery receipt. For optimal service, please photograph the packaging before opening, regardless of its condition, as these images are necessary for any claim filings. Keep the original packaging until you have inspected your items. This is mandatory for all service levels and freight shipping.
Items Damaged During Shipping: If your package arrives damaged (e.g., dented, torn, crushed), please note this on the driver’s delivery slip and take photos of the damage. Please only refuse the item if it is obviously damaged beyond repair. Refusing a shipment can delay the claims process. Please reach out to us at customerservice@artesanosdesign.com with proper documentation of the damage so we can work on a resolution with you. If damage is found after the driver has left, save all packaging materials and contact us within 3 days of delivery. For visible damage, we will handle claims and send replacements at no cost. For unnoted damage, we require photos to assess and may offer a repair, replacement, or a discount depending on the extent of the damage.
Remote Location Shipping: If you reside in a remote or more rural area, shipping timelines may be extended beyond our standard estimates. For an estimated delivery timeline, please contact us directly at customerservice@artesanosdesign.com or call us at (970) 259-5755.
Address Changes: We can update the "Ship To" address once a shipment is in transit, but this will incur additional fees as carriers treat this as a new shipment. To avoid delays and extra fees, please verify your shipping address when placing your order. If an item is backordered, we will inform you of the delay and the new shipping date, allowing you to update the shipping address if necessary.
